Hi, I'm Patrycja

You probably ended up here because you're tired of constantly pretending that "everything is under control".

Maybe for years you've been hearing that all you need is a nicer planner, to wake up earlier, or to just "try harder". And yet every day you put in a huge, invisible effort just to do things that seem trivial to the rest of the world.

I know how exhausting that is. And I know how easy it is, in the middle of it all, to start thinking there's something wrong with you.

Find me on Facebook or Instagram, where I created Przystań Zasobów to give you a place where you finally don't have to pretend or apologize for how your brain works.

Why can you trust me?

I'm not just another person from the internet who read two self-help books and, after a weekend course, teaches others how to live. I believe that working with another human being requires responsibility, ethics, and solid knowledge of the human mind.

Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy (Postgraduate Studies)

Thanks to this, I understand defense mechanisms, how the nervous system functions, sensory overload, and what happens in the mind under conditions of permanent stress.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

This completed training taught me to look at you not through the lens of deficits or shortcomings, but through your unique resources. We don't dig endlessly into what isn't working - we look for what has already worked before, and build your future on that.

Coaching training

This gives me the tools to work together with you to turn chaos into small, real, and safe steps - without imposing anything.

Experience with crisis (internship at an addiction treatment center)

This taught me deep humility toward human suffering, a complete lack of judgment, and how habits, avoidance, and impulsivity work.

Experience in international corporations (nearly 20 years)

I know from the inside the mechanisms of burnout, masking difficulties at work, and that particular paralysis when you need to deliver a project and your nervous system refuses to cooperate.

Teaching qualification

This gives me solid didactic grounding. I know how the human brain learns and how to translate knowledge into simple, unobtrusive habits that don't overwhelm. Experience working with at-risk youth, in the military, and during language camps.

What is it like working with me?

What you will NOT experience with me

  • Toxic productivity and being told that "success is a matter of choice".
  • Rigid spreadsheets you have to force yourself into.
  • Surprise or judgment when you say: "I haven't done laundry in two weeks, I lost my keys, and I haven't answered 40 emails".

What you get instead

  • Peace from guilt - first we remove the shame, and only then do we look for solutions.
  • A tailored approach - we build your own system for getting things done, and check what works for you, not for the textbooks.
  • Full confidentiality and calm - regardless of whether you have an ADHD/AuDHD, ASD, ASC diagnosis, or you're simply tired and overwhelmed by life.

A few facts about me outside the office

☕ Matcha with oat milk is my little morning ritual - best enjoyed in silence, before the world starts wanting something from me.
🎨 Deep navy and warm beige are the colors in which my own nervous system instantly relaxes.
💡 I love looking for simple, sometimes downright absurd hacks to make life easier - the less complicated the system, the greater the chance it survives longer than 3 days.
⛰️ Mountains are my personal reset for an overstimulated head. Climbing teaches me the same thing as coaching: what matters is the rhythm of your breath and the next, small step uphill.
